Equipping individuals to build community

Charity interest in the Resource Hub is considerable;
current charities ready to relocate to the Resource Hub include:

• Restoring Hands Family Life Centre (1099579)

A local charity involved in the practical support, care, training and help for the community in Maidstone, the U.K. and into Europe.

• Jubilee Creative Arts Academy

Training and transforming through dance, music and drama (charitable trust application pending); the ‘Worship Academy’ due for launch in September 2006.

• Jubilee Church (1096992)

Jubilee Church has been active in the Maidstone community for more than 20 years, acting as a springboard and catalyst for schools work, work within the community, and youth work.

• Habitation UK

A local charity aimed at ‘equipping and empowering children and young people to grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society within a Christian framework.’ Habitation UK is also dedicated to ‘the relief of young people who are in conditions of need arising from hardship or distress, or who are sick’ (charitable trust application pending).

• Jubilee Training Centre (1090619)

The Training centre has a strong international flavour and is currently in its fifth year. Its principle courses are ‘Year of Training’, ‘Leadership Training School’ and ‘Equipping Track’.
